Khmer Cuisine – Equity Weekly, Feature, Show # 90
The taste of Khmer food is being challenged by new foreign cuisine. Upmarket restaurants and fast food outlets challenge traditional Khmer cuisine. Few Cambodians actually know of the old ways of preparing food. What efforts are made to revive recipes that risk being lost over time?
